Self-proclaimed Ambassador of Jamaica, Chris Bryan, migrated to the US with his parents in the early 80's, where he completed his B.S. in mechanical engineering. Chris continued his career in manufacturing/quality engineering holding several positions managing various quality-assurance groups, gaining vast experience working with manufacturers across the US, Canada, and Europe to ensure Customer Satisfaction with their products and compliance with global regulations, for the manufacture of cosmetics and over-the-counter drugs. His background in management and quality engineering, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit have led him to develop Bryan Service Companies, Inc , a consulting business that offers a customer satisfaction system, designed to help Small Businesses in our communities to understand the importance Customer Satisfaction has to their bottom line and help them execute on the key principles to guaranteeing customer satisfaction and grow their business.
The author of the book, "Customer Satisfaction - It's not just your prom, it's your business" Chris is on a mission to help build better communities through a focus on customer satisfaction.
